At 8th Day Farm Management, we are committed to providing high-quality service and value to our clients. Because the majority of our work involves time-based consulting, planning, and management services, our refund policy reflects the nature of that work.

1. Service-Based Refunds

Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of farm management, real estate advising, and consulting services, we do not offer refunds for completed services.If you are not satisfied with a service you've received, please contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues professionally and fairly.

2. Prepaid or Retainer Services

If you have prepaid for a service or placed a retainer for future work and wish to cancel before work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less any administrative fees or time already spent on planning or consultation.
Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the amount of work already performed and any non-recoverable costs incurred.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or service appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged in full or result in forfeiture of deposit.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed consultations or property visits

  • Legal or planning documents that have been prepared or delivered

  • Custom reports, assessments, or land-use strategies already created

  • Third-party fees or vendor charges (e.g., legal, appraisal, or surveyor costs)
